Hi Friends!

This Fall & Winter, I will be teaching a 4 week session of Watercolor Techniques (beginning & intermediate) at Marnee’s Studio in Mobile, AL. Enjoy a morning of fun while learning the fundamentals of watercolor in a relaxing environment. We will cover the basic techniques including wet into wet, wet on dry, dry brush, masking, using mixed materials such as sea salt, paper towels and more. Consider taking if you are local and have ever considered experimenting with this medium. This class is also for those who have taken watercolor or would like to improve upon their skill level. We also have a drop in rate if you are interested in coming for 1 class.

The class will run on Wednesdays, October 17, 24, 31 & November 7.

    1. Hi Dottie! Yes this class is for real beginners! LOL. I will go over basic materials and care etc. as well as techniques that you may want to use throughout the 4 week session, during the first class. We start at the very beginning! Right now the Early Bird cost is $125 if you register by August 29. After the 29 the cost will be $135. There is a supply list for the class that is not included in this price. Once you sign up, you will be emailed a supply list. I did a lot of research and tried to find the most affordable, minimum amount of supplies that we could get by with. If you decide to continue on after the session, you can add more colors, brushes etc. 😉 Please let me know if you have any more questions! I’m excited that you are thinking about taking!
