Join Us for Lisa Johnston Hancock’s Debut Book Event

Hi Friends!

I wanted to share that we are gearing up for the east coast launch party for Santiago and Great Bear, at The Haunted Bookshop, in Mobile, AL.

This is where I first started writing so I feel that it’s fitting to have my debut book launch party there. If you are in the area, I would love to see you. You can pre-order a copy through the link at the bottom of this page or pick up a copy on the night of the event. If you can’t attend the party but you would love to support this awesome indie bookstore, owned by the fabulous Angela Trigg, you can pre-order the book and have it shipped to your house!

🎉 Celebrate the Magic of Childhood Friendships at The Haunted Book Shop!

Mark your calendars for an enchanting evening on June 30th at 5:30 PM as we launch Lisa Johnston Hancock’s debut children’s book, Santiago and Great Bear, at The Haunted Book Shop. This heartwarming tale narrates the story of Santiago, a city boy who finds a celestial friend, Great Bear, after moving to the countryside.

Join us for a charming event featuring a meet-and-greet with the author, live readings of the book, and an opportunity for you to get your copy personally signed by Lisa Johnston Hancock. It’s a perfect event for both adults and children to enjoy a toast to new beginnings and magical friendships.

Santiago and Great Bear is not just a story; it’s an exploration of emotions, the phases of the moon, and the stars that guide us. The book combines elements of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and STEM to weave a narrative that is as educational as it is heartfelt.

Don’t miss out on this fantastic gathering that promises to be a memorable start to your summer. Bring your littles, and let’s delve into the wonders of the night sky and the timeless joy of making new friends.

🌟 See you there! 🌟

Pre-order your copy here. Reserve your spot for the event here.

Thank you for your support!

All the best,

Lisa
